Elininate The Need for Food Banks in almost Every Major Town by Diverting money from Foreign Aid

It is a disgrace that this country has thousands of people reliant on food banks whilst we are continuing to give away millions in foreign aid, much of which never gets to actually help who it is intended for.
The Government is requested to eliminate the need for food banks in this country by providing more help to local communities and boosting employment by diverting money from foreign aid to help the people in desperate need in this country.
