Penalties For Not Using Indicators

Additional Information

In some Amercan states it is an offence not to indicate when turning at junctions.
In the UK there is no penalties, this practice is as bad as using a phone whilst driving.
Indicating, you are telling other motorists and pedestrians what you are going to do and in not doing so causes dangerous situations not just to yourself but to others
Now we need a change in the Highway Code to remedy this.
