Change the law so that ALL uninsured vehicles are confiscated and immediately taken to be crushed.

Additional Information

Driving without insurance is mainly a 'foreigners' problem, usually extremely wealthy 'foreigners' but regardless, we have far too many motor vehicles on our roads so ANY vehicle which is not insured MUST be removedfrom our roads and destroyed - no discussion, no appeal.
