No VAT on sanitary products for menstruation
As periods are a physical necessity for women who choose not to delay their menstruation sanitary products are an essential product and as such should not have V.A.T. As means of contraception are free of charge throughout the UK (and rightly so!) the least the government can do is make a necessary item more affordable.
