Stop any and all payments to do with the production or maintenance of children.
Why should anybody other than the parents of children be obliged, through the taxation system of this country to contribute to the upbringing of children which have absolutely nothing to do with them. People or couples who wish to produce children should not do so if they have to rely on contributions from other people to keep them alive after they have been born.
