The government must be banned-by-law from giving money to overseas for nothing.
The government has no rights to give a pence of the British Nation's money away for nothing. That's so clear that nobody yet has found necessary to write this in law. But in the actual reality while this is not in law the politicians in power and clerks do feel free to give billions pounds of the British Nation's money away for nothing annually and even feel free to have entire so-called "Department for International Development".
