Prevent car manufacturers installing high intensity head lights to new vehicles

Additional Information

Many new cars have extremely bright headlights, daytime running lights, spot lights, turning lights, some of which can all be switched on simultaneously.

These bright lights are potentially dangerous and can dazzle other drivers and destroy their night vision temporarily.

Please ask the Motor Industry Research Laboratory to investigate this problem.
