Tighten up control of traffic Wardens. Give them better training

Additional Information

Increase the supervision of Traffic Wardens and ensure that they themselves do not park illegally while they are supposed to be upholding the law.

Also do spot checks and audits on them to ensure that they are not accepting "corrupt payments or bribes"
