Change the school day to 9am-5pm to fit in with a normal working day, and abolish homework
I believe the school day should run from 9am-5pm. This will free up working parents with regards the school run.
In addition I feel that by abolishing homework, which can be done in the extra 2 hours at school, parents would be free to be parents and not teachers.
