No person within the UK is allowed to carry a means of defending themselves from an attacker, mace and pepper sprays are illegal, so are telescopic batons, which the police use. Citizens of the UK are hogtied by laws and this must change, in this dangerous country where punishment is no detterent to crime we must be given the opportunity for personal defence.
