Introducing a national/local service for those on Income support/JSA/ESA, for at least 16 hours a week as a former of making themselves usefull.
The government should made people who lived on government hand out to engaged in service to the nation, where they are adjudge capable of work, to serve government , local or central for 16 hrs aweek. Thsi will help current dependence on welfare and prepare claimant for subsequent return to work. There are lots of people today, who find it hard to get out of bed on daily basis,and this passed from generation to generation without an end in site. I believe with this , people will prefer to find a job as there payment will no longer qualify as hand out from government.
