Make income tax allowance for training equipment/gym membership.
The police with fire and rescue are the only two civil organisations that are subject to fitness testing. The fire and rescue service have gymnasium facilities on site. The police do not and as the Government has decided to make fitness a part of the vocational requirement for police to pass a physical test, the Government should now give a tax allowance to offset the purchase of training equipment and gym fees as it is now part of their occupational requirement
