We would like Pontins Southport/Britannia Hotels to accept responsibility for failing to protect families of all ages from a group of 180+ football hooligans from poland on the wkd of 28/06/2013-01/07/2013.

Not enough was done families were left frightened for their lives and childrens safety as these hooligans threw fireworks, flares, cans cigarettes etc in harms way made threats to families and kept them up all night by banging on windows making sexual comments to women of all ages, fighting intimidating families drinking and drug binges.

At one point a refund or free holiday was offered now nothing!!
