Pets should not ride on drivers lap

Additional Information

We ask the Government to introduce and make law that drivers are not allowed to carry a pet on their lap whilst driving and that all pets should be made secure whilst in motion via a pet carrier, dog crate, pet harness or similar as recommended in the Highway Code.
