A limit to pay awards to MP's:
Annual pay awards for MP's should be linked to that of the lowest grade civil servant (Admin Assistant). Specifically an end of percentage pay awards for MP's if the pay award for the civil servant equated to a £300 non consolidated payment : the pay award for Members of Parliament would be the same
