UK entrance tax for NHS insurance.
Each (none UK National) person to pay a nominal fee of £20 per person upon entering the UK paid in advance,£50 if done at arrival. Unless it can be can prove they have adequate medical insurance for the duration of their stay.
All proceeds to go to NHS funds.
