Allow own rent to be deducted from income of letting out home

Additional Information

To help people who find (perhaps temporary) work far from home, allow the rent they pay for a place near work to be deducted from any income they receive letting out their home. This would remove the current income tax penalty of working away from home, so letting people take more distant work opportunities if they can.
