People setting parole should be prosecuted
People that set parole and let people out of Jail that might still be a liability to the Public, should face criminal charges, if that person re-offends in a certain amount of time - they need to think very seriously about whether that person is worthy of being let out of Prison at that particular time. It has been brought in that NHS bosses can now be prosecuted for bad decisions especially with bad outcomes - this should be the same for the people setting parole, as they JUST might think twice. How many people are re-offending when let out on parole, when they are still clearly a danger.
Why should the public have to suffer the consequences, when they don't have to be held responsible for their decisions.
