Renaming August Bank Holiday Margaret Thatcher Day
A group of Conservative MPs has called for the bank holiday to be renamed in honour of late prime minister Margaret Thatcher. I feel this goes against the feelings of many throughout the country who were badly effected by strikes during the 80s and have never recovered.
