MOJ to justify release Jon Venables

Additional Information

The MOJ should provide justification for the Parole Board's decision to release Jon Venables into the community.

This justification should provide:
1) evidence to support the Board's belief that Venables will adhere to the conditions of his licence;
2) evidence to support the Board's belief that Venables represents no danger to children.
