Widnes and Runcorn Bridge Tolls
Widnes and Runcorn are one Borough and we pay our council taxes which include the bridge which connects our community's. We have never paid to cross between the communities since the opening in the early 60,s so why should we have to pay to cross over to see loved ones and shop. Once the tolls start it will also have a knock on affect with residents of Warrington as it will possibly see Extra traffic through there town centre as happened when the old transporter was around.
