If a Tribunal has not been held re WCA after 3 months, the appeal should automatically go through

Additional Information

If a claimant has had an appeal turned down after going for an ATOS Work Capability Assessment and is waiting for a Tribunal hearing, if the claimant hasn't been called for the Tribunal Hearing after three months, the appeal should be automatically upheld. Also, all the money that the DWP have taken from the claimant should be paid back to them plus all interest.

Some claimants are told that their Tribunal hearing will be held in 12 to 14 weeks and yet, some claimants are still waiting after 11 months. This is totally unreasonable.
