Take steps to ensure that whoever authorised the overpayments to 150 departing BBC employees is required to repay the overpayments.
It has oft been stated by people in authority that the BBC's own rules were broken. It MUST, therefore, be the responsibility of the authorising senior manager to recoup the money.
