Workplace Heat
Employers should have a duty of care to their employees regarding heat in the workplace.
In the same way as there is a legal minimum temperature, there should also be a legal maximum temperature.
We want the Government to change the law to reflect the need for appropriate working conditions, taking into account the adverse effects of working in an overheated environment.
