I remember Tyson from USa could not enter the country to have his mutch in Liverpool but noe say ALISHER USMANOV Russian tycoon who wwas registred as a rapist and recetir in USSR and came out in 1986 from prison (remember we still do not like those who did crimes in Second world war) is that the same in this case But he is having properties and entry the country whenever he needs that Do we have achanged mind on it?
