Grant Bill Edwards a Firearms Certificate
Allow farmer Bill Edwards to retain his Firearms Certificate after it was revoked following an incident on his farm. Bill Edwards discharged a shotgun at a van being driven by a metal thief on his remote farm. The van driver was attempting to run over Bill's mother. no-one was injured in the incident. Bill Edwards will lose his job without a Firearms Certificate and Natural Justice says he should not be punished.
