A REFERENDUM OF A DEFINITIVE NATURE

Additional Information

That with the agreement of the Irish and all other Governments in the British Isles the present Government for the British invite the judgement of the people of the British Isles on a proposal for a Constitutional Settlement for them that consistently since the bomb in Warrington in 1993 no Government in the islands has been able to offer its judgement on.

This is for a Union of the people of the British Isles based on the principle of equality of status and relationship for the four countries in the islands, embracing therefore all the Irish, on the model of the European Union, in a Republic, and with an Irish Presidency to initiate it.
