Allow British students to American military academies

Additional Information

The government must agree to let British students go to American military academies. This means that they could train to become officers in their own countries armies whilst obtaining a degree which prepares them for life outside the military. Currently no British military academies provide this meaning you have to go to University before getting officer training.
