Lets Stop the Planning Application For The Housing Estate Off Staveley Lane Before It Happens!!!!!!!!
The proposal is for up to approximately 80 homes off Staveley Lane. This will spoil the view that the majority of the houses on Ducksett Lane currently have.
This type of housing estate could increase the crime rate on and in the surrounding areas.
Houses prices could plummet and the wild life will suffer.
