Lindisfarne Gospels to stay in Durham

Additional Information

The Lindisfarne Gospels are a key part of the north east's religious and cultural history. Following this summer's successful temporary return to Durham, the government should ensure the British Museum takes immediate action to permanently return the Gospels to their rightful home in Durham, under the guardianship of the University of Durham and Durham Cathedral.
