Compulsory Riding Helmets for horse riders

Additional Information

This petition is to make the wearing of BS Riding Helmets compulsory for horse riders using public roads, the current law only applies to children under 14, we want and need this for all riders, with the exception of those who cannot for religious reasons. Head injury can be avoided, death can be avoided just by wearing a hat!
