Are you sick of organisations being ignorant by sending you an email regarding a job application?
They have never met you, No judgement or personal relationship at all!
You deserve gratification of effort and a return for your efforts? You deserve to be rewarded and dignified and deserve to be accepted and to be counted and not just an email on rejection!
This stops businesses posting mass adverts and not taking us all at an individual level that we all deserve!
