place lights on lee street park (red reck)
On lee street park there has been 4 people RAPPED because it is that dark. The whole park is in total darkness and when it goes darker during the winter you cannot step on the park without being paranoid and you cannot play football because you cannot see the ball so I want YOU to put some lights on the park
