All Banksy artwork to be protected

All Banksy artwork to be protected as a national treasure and prevented from removal from their current locations (on buildings, etc) and prevented from sale inside or outside the UK.

Banksy is unique and his contemporary artwork needs to be protected before it is too late and we as a nation lose it to international investors.
