Enforce tougher Customs and Border protection

Enforce strict questioning at UK borders.

Enforce a mandatory customs form, which must be checked at the border, and then handed to an officer when choosing to declare or not declare goods. Random searches will then be performed, and incorrectly filled out forms can result in fines. Allow a space for amount of tobacco and alcohol to be declared.

This will lower customs crimes, and increase funds for the home office.
