Additional Information

SOCA is using the HRA to prevent the prosecution of criminals. This is NOT what the HRA was designed for and since its contents are now proven to be hugely subject to the law of unintended consequences - for which our legislative body as no lawful remedy - the HRA MUST immediately be repealed.
