Dog on dog attack fine owners £150

Additional Information

Too many much loved family pets are being seriously injured or worse killed every day due to the negligence of some dog owners.
We all would like there to be more responsibility put on the "offending" dogs owner and/or a fine of £150 to prevent this from happening. If people were educated about the dangers of not socialising your dog then we could make a difference, for those who refuse to, then a fine of £150 would surely make a contribution to the wellbeing of economy.
