Petition Action

Set up a new system for dealing with access and custody cases

Additional Information

The time is now for the Government to tackle the issue of access and custody cases, and have them removed from the criminal courts, and set up a new agency along the lines of children's panels, which is free at point of service, and run by lay persons to determine such cases. As the alienated parent is more often the bread winner, and expected to pay large sums of money just to access the current system, whilst expected to pay maintenance, travelling cost at the same time to see their child/children.
