Petition Action

Ban zero hours working contracts

Additional Information

People should be on agreed hours working contracts. Zero hour contracts mean they may or not have work next week. The risk of business should be with the companies who make the profits not the employees who have fixed costs of living etc. and cannot sign on for unemployment if no work happens to be available. I also understand zero hour contracts don't come with sick pay or holiday pay!
