ABOLISH FURTHER DEVELOPMENT RATING IN PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT REVIEWS
ABOLISH THE "FURTHER DEVELOPMENT RATING " IN PUBLIC SECTOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT REVIEWS .THIS RATING PENALISES STAFF NOT BECAUSE THEY DONT WORK HARD ITS BECAUSE THEY DONT ACHIEVE SOME RIGID OBJECTIVE WHICH IN NUMEROUS CASES IS BEING APPLIED UNFAIRLY. FOR EXAMPLE SOMEONE WORKS THEIR SOCKS OFF ANSWERING 100 CALLS A DAY AND GETS EXCEPTIONAL FOR THAT ELEMENT OF THEIR JOB WHICH REPRESENTS
90 % OF THEIR JOB ROLE HOWEVER BECAUSE THEY FAIL TO ACHIEVE ONE SMALL ELEMENT OF THEIR JOB REPRESENTING 5-10% OF THEIR ROLE DUE TO TELEPHONE DEMANDS THEY FAIL OVERALL AND GET FURTHER DEVELOPMENT RATING HOW CAN THAT POSSIBLY BE FAIR IN CIVILISED FAIR SOCIETY
