National Insurance No to be used on the new micro-chipping paperwork
2016 all dogs will have to be micro-chipped by law, this is a great step forward to help with the stray dog problem in this Country, but it doesn't go far enough. People will move and will not be traced.
My petition is to get the Government to go one step further and insist that the owners (and breeders) National Insurance No. is included on the form.
This number is with us from the moment we are born until we die, it cannot be changed and it is traceable. It will also help with the back yard breeder and puppy farmers, who are out to make profit on animals and not pay tax on their income.
You can't sign this petition because it is now closed. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
