reduce domestic driving hours

Additional Information

Bring domestic driving hours more in line with eu driving hours. Current domestic hours enable driving buses for up 13 days out of 14 and allows working days of 15 hours. Exhausted drivers are a danger to passengers and other road users as well as themselves.
