Free use of disability bus passes before 9:30 AM

Additional Information

We believe that it is important for disabled people to have access to free bus journeys in the U.K. before 9.30 am as the current restriction prevents disabled people from getting to work and college before 9:00 am. We want the council to change the rules so disabled people can travel for free before 9.30am.
