Review of Capital Punishment in the UK in light of the Daniel Pelka case
It is clear that many people in the UK are incensed by the inadequate sentence passed on Daniel Pelka's murderers. The death of little Daniel is not an isolated incident in the UK, yet abuse and murder of young, innocent children continues.
We petition for a review and potential re-instatement of The Murder (Abolition of Death Penalty) Act 1965 for acts of murder, in particular the abuse and killing of minors.
