Make Income tax progressive and fair by reducing personal allowances for earnings above 150 k (tax rate of 45%)

Additional Information

Smooth unfair hike on personal income tax rates (currently at 63%) for earnings above 100k due to the lost of personal alowances at a rate of 1£ per 2£ earned.
Make this hike to start above the thereshold for the additional rate of 45% (earnings above 150K) so the taxes are always progressive based on earnings and do not have this artificial and painful hike for the middle class families with a single source of income.
