BAN CARAVANS ON ROADS DURING DAY

Additional Information

Caravans are a thorough nuisance on our roads, causing traffic jams and frustration to other motorists. I would like a new law to be introduced that:

-bans the use of caravans on public roads between the hours of 7.00am & 7.00pm , Monday to Saturday.

- requires all drivers who tow caravans to pass a specific test to ensure that they are competent.
