Zero hour contract employees should be counted as unemployed

Additional Information

Employees on Zero Hour contracts are not employed in the real sense of the word. However counting the the growning number of workers as employed makes the government's figures look like they are constantly improving. At the same time they are claiming there are increasing number of people benefit.
