Farm animals causing road and rail disruption

Additional Information

There have been repeated incidents in which livestock from farms have blocked roads and railway lines, sometimes causing hectic delays for travellers and commuters.
This petition calls on the Government to introduce a minimum five-month prison term for the farmers whose carelessness is responsible for such incidents.
