'' Stop this 20% council tax charge imposed on poor people on out of work benefits.

Additional Information

I would like the government to take action and stop local councils imposing a charge of 20% of council tax on people who are in receipt of ' out-of work ' benefits. I believe it is a callous decision for local councils to inflict this charge on the very poor in society when they are struggling already financially.
