Government use of revenue-generating phone numbers.

Additional Information

That the government requests that ALL of its departments, including HMRC and the Environment Agency, cease to use revenue generating phone numbers and instead use 0300 or 0800 numbers. The provision of a direct land-line would also be advantageous.
